* WHAT...Flooding along Timpas Creek and other small streams caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Northeastern Otero County in southeastern Colorado...
* WHEN...Until noon MDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of Timpas Creek, small streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings may be inundated with water and may not be passable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 904 AM MDT, Gauge reports indicated heavy rain. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Timpas Creek - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Instructions

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
