* WHERE...In northeast Iowa, Allamakee, Howard, Mitchell and Winneshiek Counties. In southeast Minnesota, Dodge, Fillmore, Houston, Mower, Olmsted and Winona Counties. In Wisconsin, Crawford, Grant, La Crosse, Monroe, Richland and Vernon Counties.
* WHEN...From Friday evening through Saturday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
