* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 643 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges Between 3 and 15 inches of rain have fallen over the past 48 to 72 hours. There will be residual areas of flooding of poorly drained areas. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are possible over the area in next few hours with storms moving in from the south. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
