At 447 PM MDT, Sevier County Emergency Management reported ongoing flash flooding and debris flows in drainages within Monroe Canyon and portions of Monroe Creek.
Excessive rainfall over the burn scar has resulted in flash flooding and debris flows moving through the Monroe Canyon. The debris flows can consist of rock, mud, vegetation and other loose materials.
