HAZARD...Less than a mile visibility with strong wind in excess of 50 mph.

This includes the following highways... AZ Interstate 10 between mile markers 1 and 20. CA Interstate 10 between mile markers 136 and 156. AZ Route 95 between mile markers 98 and 110.
Locations impacted include... Blythe, Quartzsite, Nicholls Warm Springs, Cibola, Palo Verde, Blythe Airport, Ripley, East Blythe, and Ehrenberg.
