* WHERE...Upper Entrance of Portage Canal to Eagle River MI and Eagle River to Manitou Island MI.
* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 5 PM EDT this afternoon. For the Small Craft Advisory, until 2 AM EDT Monday.
