* WHERE...Portions of southeast Kansas, including the following area, Bourbon and Missouri, including the following areas, Benton, Morgan, St. Clair and Vernon.
* WHEN...From 10 PM CDT this evening through Thursday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Training thunderstorms bringing 2 to 4 inches of rain with localized higher amounts up to 5 inches. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
