Severe Thunderstorm Warning

The storms which prompted the warning have weakened below severe limits, and no longer pose an immediate threat to life or property. Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire. However, small hail, gusty winds and heavy rain are still possible with these thunderstorms.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 900 PM EDT for east central Georgia...and central South Carolina.

To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service Columbia.

A Severe Thunderstorm Warning still remains in effect for southeastern Barnwell County until 8:15pm.
