* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding makes secondary roads and low bridges in the flood plain dangerous to motorists including the low water crossing of Ranch Road 3404/Slab Road near Kingsland. Equipment should be moved from low docks and boat ties loosened downstream in Kingsland.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:00 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 11.2 feet. - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 4:00 PM CDT Saturday was 16.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late this afternoon and continue falling to 4.3 feet early Thursday afternoon. - Flood stage is 10.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
