* WHAT...Flooding caused from excessive rainfall continues but gradually recedes.
* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following counties, Bandera, Kerr and Medina.
* WHEN...Until 400 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. Water over roadways. River or stream flows are elevated.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 112 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Between 2 and 6 inches of rain had fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Comfort, Bandera, Tarpley, Hill Country State Natural Area, Bandera Falls, Camp Verde, Pipe Creek, Lakehills, Center Point and Lake Medina Shores. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
