* Until 515 AM CDT.

* At 118 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Estimates of up to 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches and locally higher are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
