* WHERE...Rincon in Dona Ana County, New Mexico...
* WHEN...Until 430 PM MDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 334 PM MDT, Thunderstorms with heavy rainfall are grazing Rincon with heavy rainfall. The worst rainfall will occur south of Rincon along Highway 185, but minor flooding in poor drainage areas in Rincon will also be possible. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
