* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of south central Indiana, including the following county, Perry and central Kentucky, including the following counties, Boyle, Breckinridge, Bullitt, Hancock, Hardin, Larue, Marion, Meade, Mercer, Nelson, Ohio and Washington.

* WHEN...Until 245 AM CDT /345 AM EDT/.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1136 PM CDT /1236 AM EDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
