* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Water begins to flood bridge roadway and Florida side of bridge.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 5.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow morning to a crest of 15.3 feet tomorrow evening.
