* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Nevada, in Eureka and Elko Counties along SR-278 between Garden Pass and Pine Valley.

* WHEN...Until 730 PM PDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 418 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is possible or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
