* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.

* WHERE...Portions of east central and northeast Iowa, including the following counties, in east central Iowa, Benton, Cedar, Iowa, Johnson, Jones and Linn. In northeast Iowa, Buchanan, Delaware and Dubuque.

* WHEN...Through Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Heavy rainfall from repeated rounds of thunderstorms may produce flash flooding.
