* IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Water inundates roads in lowland areas near the river. Low spots on Old Sour Lake Road are under water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:45 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 20.3 feet. - Bankfull stage is 22.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early Saturday morning to a crest of 25.9 feet Saturday evening.
