* WHERE...A portion of southeast Kentucky, including the following counties, Breathitt, Floyd, Magoffin and Wolfe.
* WHEN...Until 1100 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 757 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will allow minor flooding to persist or worsen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Jackson, Simpson, Camp Lewis, Guage, Rousseau, Lunah, Sikes, Stevenson, Lambric, Bays, Press, Wilstacy, Haginsville, Daisydell, Mountain Valley, Portsmouth, Smith Branch, Rock Lick, Noctor and Taulbee.
