* WHEN...Until 600 PM MST /700 PM MDT/ Tonight.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of creeks and normally dry washes is imminent or occurring. Further rises in the water levels of already flooded creeks and normally dry washes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 858 AM MST /958 AM MDT/, local law enforcement reported flooding at the Moenkopi wash in Moenkopi village. Evacuations are ongoing. Additionally, the river gauge at Moenkopi continues to rise and is exceeding major flood stage. - This includes the following creeks, washes and rivers... Colorado River, Little Colorado River, and Moenkopi Wash. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Tuba City, Moenkopi, Louise Yellowman County Park, Little Colorado River Navajo Tribal Park, Rare Metals and Salt Trail Canyon. - This includes the following highways... Highway 160 between mile markers 312 and 327. U.S. Highway 89 between mile markers 476 and 479. the Colorado River between river miles 61 and 69. State Route 264 between mile markers 322 and 325.
