* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 951 AM MST, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area. Flooding is already occurring. While rainfall is decreasing, up to 2.5 inches of rain have fallen over the past 36 hours, leading to excessive runoff and flooding in the area.
