HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Port Clinton, Oak Harbor, Catawba Island, and Rocky Ridge.
