At 314 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain of between 3 and 6 inches have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts will generally be light with up to 0.5 inches possible this afternoon in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Port Clinton, Oak Harbor, Catawba Island, and Rocky Ridge.
