* WHEN...Until 1015 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. River or stream flows are elevated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 718 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain has moved out of the area. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area especially along the Republican River near Stratton. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Stratton.
