* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Southern Okaloosa County in northwestern Florida...
* WHEN...Until 200 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is imminent.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1053 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have already fallen in a short period of time. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Wright, Fort Walton Beach, Niceville, Eglin AFB, Valparaiso, Mary Esther, Ocean City, Lake Lorraine, Shalimar, Cinco Bayou, Longwood, Eglin Village, Postil, Seminole and Wynnehaven Beach.
