* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 5 AM EDT early this morning. For the Gale Warning, from 4 AM to 4 PM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous highest waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
