* WHERE...Tinian and Saipan Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 5 PM ChST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Moderate to strong westerlies prevail across the Marianas as another resurgence in the monsoon builds over the northern CNMI, likely to maintain moderate to strong winds the next several days. Combined seas of 8 to 11 feet are expected to continue through much of the coming week, remaining hazardous to small craft through at least Thursday afternoon as the southern edge of the monsoon surge persists overhead.
