* TIMING...From Tuesday afternoon through Tuesday evening.
* WINDS...Northwest 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...10 to 14 percent.
* TEMPERATURES...89 to 95 degrees.
