* At 555 AM EDT, Road closures have been reported by Albany County 911 call center in New Scotland and Voorheesville. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.
