* WHERE...For the Small Craft Advisory, all areas. For the Gale Warning, south of Gold Beach.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 5 PM PDT Tuesday. For the Gale Warning, from 5 PM Tuesday to 2 AM PDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds and very steep seas could capsize or damage vessels. Low visibility conditions are expected.
