* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Some flooding begins to bottomland not protected by levees.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:45 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 17.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 19.3 feet Tuesday evening.
