* WHERE...Icy Cape to Cape Suckling out to 15 NM.
* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 7 AM AKDT this morning. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 7 AM this morning to 5 PM AKDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
