Details
At 1215 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Dover, or 11 miles northwest of Russellville, moving east at 35 mph. Johnson County Emergency Management reported that this storm has a history of producing wind damage with power outages in Clarksville and at least one power pole blown down in the Hartman area.
