* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 116 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in Mifflinburg due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
