* WHERE...Portions of central to northeast Maryland, including the following areas, Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Cecil, and Harford Counties including the City of Baltimore.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM EDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A developing area of showers and thunderstorms will move into an increasingly humid airmass this evening.
