* At 643 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Highway 94 Bridge, or near Albemarle Sound, moving east at 15 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots and small hail.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves.
