...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Indiana...

Wabash River from Montezuma through Mount Carmel.

White River from Edwardsport through Hazleton.

.Minor flooding continues along the White River from Edwardsport downriver with the crest already past Hazleton. Minor flooding also continues on the Wabash River from Montezuma down to Mount Carmel with the crest approaching Vincennes. Rain amounts with scattered storms Wednesday evening are not expected to impact main stem river levels.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Wabash River at Terre Haute.

* WHEN...Until late Wednesday night.

* IMPACTS...At 19.5 feet, Water begins to rise in the Izaak Walton Lake. Sheet flowing water begins in the wetland project between U.S. 40 and I-70, and during a prolonged flood event project fills about 75 percent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:30 PM CDT /1:30 PM EDT/ Tuesday the stage was 19.8 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 12:30 PM CDT /1:30 PM EDT/ Tuesday was 21.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage tomorrow afternoon and continue falling to 9.1 feet Friday, September 04. - Flood stage is 16.5 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
