* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...West Central San Diego County in southwestern California...
* WHEN...Until 530 AM PDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 332 AM PDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 0.75 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Oceanside, Carlsbad, Vista, Encinitas, Poway, Ramona, Del Mar, University City, La Jolla and Tierrasanta. - https://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
