* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1143 AM CDT, various rainfall observations, automated river gauges, and ground-truth reports from observers indicated that at least 3 to 5 inches of rain had fallen within the area mainly over the last 24 hours, resulting in continued minor flooding along area creeks and rivers, and some rural roads. In most places, water levels should continue to very slowly recede through the rest of today, as water increasingly drains into more mainstem rivers such as Republican River. The Republican River itself is actually covered by separate Flood Warnings at this time.
