* WINDS...The rest of today, west 10 to 20 with gusts up to 30 mph. Wednesday, northwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...The rest of today, falling to 10 to 15 percent. Wednesday, falling to 15 to 20 percent.

* TEMPERATURES...This afternoon, upper 80s to low 90s. Wednesday, upper 70s north to middle 80s south.
