At 846 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported flash flooding caused by heavy rain across the warned area. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. 911 Dispatch reported that several secondary roads were closed in Louisa County due to water over the roads. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
