At 1036 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a line of strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and small hail. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 20 nm southwest of The Eastern Lake Superior Buoy to 17 nm southeast of Stannard Rock, moving east at 20 knots.
