* WHERE...San Bernardino County in southern California... West Central Clark County in southern Nevada...

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 155 PM PDT, Radar estimated rainfall totals of 1 to 2 inches have fallen across the Sandy Valley area, with a Clark County Rain Gage reporting 1.20 inches of rain in the past 90 minutes. Low water crossings and area washes will remain flooded until the rain ends later this afternoon. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Sandy Valley and Mt.
