* IMPACTS...Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 605 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - This includes Interstate 77 in West Virginia near mile marker 151...and between mile markers 164 and 171. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
