* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Water begins to affect the marina in Henry along with minor flooding of land adjacent to the river.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:45 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 22.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 23.1 feet Saturday evening.
