Special Weather Statement

At 442 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Jackson, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of south central Teton County, including the following locations... Crystal Creek Campground, Granite Creek Campground, Teton County Fairgrounds, and Jackson National Fish Hatchery.
