* WHERE...Tinian and Saipan Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 5 PM ChST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Moderate to strong southwesterlies persist today, decreasing to moderate to fresh tonight. Significant west swell, north to northwesterly swells and localized wind waves are producing combined seas of 7 to 10 feet, maintaining hazardous conditions to small craft through at least Thursday afternoon.
