Whitewater River at Brookville.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Whitewater River at Brookville.

* WHEN...From this afternoon to late tonight.

* IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, Flood waters close some county roads and may affect portions of Route 52. Agricultural lands, campgrounds and trailer parks flood extensively at this stage. Low areas of Cedar Grove, New Trenton, West Harrison, Indiana, and Harrison, Ohio are impacted.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:45 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 21.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 22.0 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage late this evening. - Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
