* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of northeast Kansas, including the following area, Atchison KS and Missouri, including the following areas, Adair, Buchanan, Daviess, De Kalb, Grundy, Mercer, Putnam, Schuyler and Sullivan.
* WHEN...Through late tonight.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Two to four inches has already fallen in the watch area with an additional half inch to inch and a half forecast. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
