* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of southeast Kansas, including the following counties, Allen, Neosho, Wilson and Woodson.
* WHEN...Until 800 AM CDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1001 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Chanute, Iola, Neodesha, Fredonia, Humboldt, Yates Center, Erie, St. Paul, La Harpe, Gas, Moran, Thayer, Altoona, Toronto, Buffalo, Neosho Falls, Galesburg, Savonburg, Elsmore and Benedict.
