* WHEN...From 3 AM Wednesday to 3 PM ChST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Invest 92W was upgraded to a tropical depression (TD 17W) yesterday evening and will continue to strengthen as it lifts northward. Southwest, monsoonal flow has developed over the region with sustained winds exceeding 22 knots and occasional gusts to gale-force in strength will continue through at least Thursday afternoon.
