* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 911 PM HST, radar and automated rain gauges continued to indicate moderate to heavy rain redeveloping over windward Oahu from Kaneohe to Kahana Bay. Rain was falling at a rate of up to one inch per hour. Stream levels in the area have been falling but remain elevated. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Waikane, Waiahole, Kahaluu, Ahuimanu, Kaaawa, Punaluu, Kaneohe, Kailua, Kualoa, Kahana Valley State Park and Heeia.
